I downloaded smartswitch for the first time, to backup a Note 8, to laptop, then reset my phone, once reset, I ran smartswitch on laptop, to restore back to same mobile, however the restore feature on smartswitch does not recognised the backed up files, (I have uninstalled & re-installed smartswitch on both mobile & laptop), still cannot restore..
Hi Wingardiumleviosa, thanks for your responce, it " seemed" to backup ok, there are files in the default location, but the restore option doesnt seem to recognise the backed up files, the uninstall and reinstall didn't seem to affect the original backed up files...
