Hi guys. Need some help here.

Scenario:
- Got myself a brand new Galaxy Watch 5.
- Registered and received MAE card.
- Register and add card to Samsung Pay.
- Got prompted to verify the card, choose SMS option. No SMS received.
- Waited and tried 2 or 3 more times with timely gaps in between tries, still no SMS received.
- After those tries, SMS verification option was no longer available.
- After some reading here and there, called Maybank CS, told them what happened, they activated the e-commerce thing on my account and told me that I need to remove and add the card again.
- Still no luck in verifying the card in the Samsung Pay app for my watch after multiple tries adding the card to the app.

My SMS service is working just fine receiving OTPs when I'm registering and logging in into the Samsung Pay app.

How do I get the SMS verification back?

Last resort, if I request card replacement on MAE, do I need to reset digital token with the bank?

Your helps and inputs were very much appreciated.

How can you reset digital token with the bank? Any ideas what is the process since I cannot found anyways to sync with my debit card?

Email them. And they will reach out to you. Last time i called few time but no answers. I emailed them, and they called me back. And fixed within few hours after the call.

Need to ask MBB on this as the activation & deactivation is all done by banks.

Email maybank regarding NFC payment problem. They will reavh out to you via emaol or thru call. They will need to reset the digital token only then you can register your card again.
