Oh no! Wrong moved. I've been using mobile devices since year 2000. As advise upon purchasing a device you wont let zero percentage for devuce care and specially battery care. Sometimes user is too experimental on the device and eventually when device issue araised they ask for solutions to the issue, well in fact the user is the source of the issue. I hope this will ease your concern. Resposible owner i must say is the key to avoid device issues. Keep safe!📸👍

Reminder, To take care of your battery, it should be at 20% battery life, less than 20% is fine as long as it's not at 0%.

Actually, Lithium-Ion batteries are built to be capable of being discharged up to 0%, this won't completely destroy the battery, but it will reduce its life span performance. Same goes when charging your phone up to 100% it won't really destroy or damage the battery, but it will also reduce its life span slightly.

What instantly damages the battery is external shock, excessive heat, and other factors.

Hello Justmarkmaster,

Thanks for sharing your charging experience here, while your Samsung Galaxy phone reached 0% battery.

Most smartphones have lithium-ion batteries that last a long time if you charge them regularly. Unlike the nickel batteries used in older mobile phones, lithium-ion batteries work best at 50% or higher. Repeatedly fully discharging a battery can shorten battery life and reduce overall capacity.
