I'm quite aware, men. Sa EU iba iba din naman. But I've seen folks at reddit from the EU who got their screens replaced for free. So are you saying Sammy has different sets of protocols/standards for each repair arm, distributor or franchisee in the PH?

That's an entirely different issue na, men. Hindi din naman natin ma-document yan, can we? You have numbers? Common denominator kasi e: SW update, pink/green lines. Even the mods here seem to be mum on my numerous posts that are close to ranting about the issue

2021 white screen issue sadly i was affected yet samsung came thru foc, may mga kasabay ako 2x declined sc yet nag prevail 3rd time sa tulong ceo,again maga kasabau ko sa fb groups so samsung has no visibility kaya maganda kung affected report sa members para documented

While I agree that peeps should report their issues, I still stand by what I've been harping about: Sammy PH to man up to the issue. Adding the CEO to the repair chain doesn't cut it
