Audio Issue

I recently bought a SG S23 FE and experiencing a weird issue. when playing a game and using discord at the same time, the front/top speaker is getting muted when I press around the left area. Also, my phone is on landscape since I'm playing a game. I haven't had this issue on my SG S10+. Anyone know how to fix this?

That's weird. I recommend that you reach out to their chat support (https://samsung-livechat.sprinklr.com/seao/ph/index.html) Or if it hasn't been 7 days, you might want to bring it back to where you purchased it.

Thanks for your answer. I'll just contact their chat support since the phone seem to work fine and considers discord a normal phone call which is why the top speaker is getting muted when the screen is touched around the front cam
