Hi guys. Is the Samsung store selling old spare products like a battery? I need one for my old Samsung phone (Galaxy J7 2016).

For older models, I think it depends if they still have stocks for that model. You can try going into a service center and have them preorder it for you. It may take time though, and it will depend if it's still supported.
