Cannot Claim Pre Order E-voucher

Can someone help me understand why Samsung Redemption PH DO NOT ACCEPT Smart Renewal Form and/or Official Receipt as Valid Pre Oder Application attachment.

I have already uploaded the file but they keep on rejecting it.

This is really frustrating!

PHE20230218090255-962. Here is what is worst, when I call custumer service they are telling me that the document should be fine but the redemption team keep on rejecting it. They don't even reply the reason why the documents are not valid, they just keep replying with generic auto reply.

If that is a redemption code or personal code needed for redemption you just posted I suggest you removed it. As it is for your own personal data privacy. 😊

Thanks for the concern but i think this is just a reference number for redemption tracking purposes.

Same issue. I only have the collection receipt given by Smart but samsung redemption deemed it as invalid.
