Could not access Samsung Account

Hi! My daughter lost her Samsung phone recently and we bought her New Samsung phone, however, we cannot login her Samsung account because the text verification is not possible because its lost and we cannot find the backup code if there were any. Please advise. Thank you!

Hello there pandakeeperO,

We are sorry to hear about your difficulty accessing your daughter's Samsung Account due to your inability to recover your daughter's lost Samsung Galaxy phone and the missing unique backup codes. As we are all aware, that there are two-step verification to recover your daughter's Samsung Account. One of the most important security feature, is the OTP (One-Time Password) that can be sent only through your daughter's old Samsung Galaxy phone's SIM to verify the actual user's phone number. Your only chance now is to figure out where you can locate the back up codes, so that you can use those code to recover your daughter's Samsung Account. In addition, we have to be reminded about the User's Privacy and Security rules and regulations. 

If we have exhausted all possible means to recover but to no avail, then I can only recommend creating a new Samsung Account so she can start enjoy using her new Samsung Galaxy phone.
