Couldn't install Samsung Wallet

An error indicating "A different version of Samsung Wallet is already installed on your phone. Uninstall it to install the Galaxy Store version and earn rewards."

Tried the following methods to resolve the issue but failed:

• Uninstall and reinstall the app from Galaxy Store
• Installing Samsung Wallet from Google Play Store
• Performed Software Update for phone

Appreciate advice on how to overcome this issue with Samsung Wallet.

I reported the issue via Samsung Customer Care, and this is all they could advise.

I had the same problem, trying to install and uninstall..now i cannot install samsung wallet..i uninstall updates for Samsung pass...still cannot,as i notice this happened only after i install updates for samsung pass

Last week I had an issue as well. Suddenly all my credit cards registered on Samsung Pay became unactivated. I had to manually activate all my credit cards on Samsung Pay again. This week there was an update for Samsung Wallet on Samsung Store but cannot install due to the above error so I uninstalled the app and now cannot reinstall back.

Same issue. The worst thing is that I can't install from either Google Play Store or Galaxy Store.

Even if u can install from Google Play Store it will not work. Once u open the app it will ask u to update and then after that it will crash.

Yes it true. Im also having the same problem and now i can't use my pay at my watch as well.

If anyone have completely uninstalled Samsung Wallet, you may want to try reinstall the most recent functional version while awaiting a Samsung update fix.
