Courier and Delivery Date Issue

I pre-ordered Fold 5 last July 30 and my item was handed over to your partner courier (Consegnia) last August 4. I received an email confirmation from PH Shop and they informed me that my phone will be delivered in 2-4 business days, thus, my expected delivery date is until tomorrow, August 10. However, when I checked the order status on Consegnia's website, there's no updates since August 4. It is still under "Arrived - Manila South Hub" as of this writing.

I called your Customer Service Hotline and they gave me a different estimated delivery date which is August 15. But in Samsung Website, it says my item will arrive on August 11. I am now confused because I am getting 3 different dates! 

1st: 2-4 working days which is until August 10

2nd: August 15 as per CSR

3rd: August 11 as per Samsung site

Please advise which date I should follow. I am working in the office from time to time and I want to be at home when my package arrives! I also called Consegnia's hotline but to no avail... Not sure if that's their legit number or not.... 

This is the first time I ordered online in your OFFICIAL website and I am not happy about this whole experience! Moreover, I've read a lot of negative feedback about your partner courier and it makes me more anxious....

No updates. As per CSR, they are aware of the delay and the department from Samsung who is in contact with the useless and inefficient logistics company, Consegnia, supposedly will call me today but as expected, i didn't hear from them at all.

It's weekend tomorrow so I need to wait for their call on Monday onwards....

haaays sad! anyway, expect a call from them next week. they are calling customers who preordered their samsung devices to discuss and finalize the delivery date. I just hope they will give us additional freebies to compensate! 😅

Did they call you already? Im starting to wish they'll just cancel my order but knowing how slooow their refund process is, prepare for another big frustration...

Not yet. I was waiting the entire day but nobody reached out to me. So I have to wait next week since they don't have work on a weekend.

yeah I also inquired about the cancellation and refund process. I have to wait for 30 working days before they reverse it. lol.

same! btw, check this out. apparently, the issue is not with the courier but with the 3rd party company who is purchasing trade in items. did you avail the unit via trade in? Screenshot_20230811_193937_Facebook.jpg

Other picked it up in Consegnia instead? Wow, I could do this since I don't live far. Where did you read this if I may ask? Do you think they'll give me a day's worth of salary for doing their job for them?
