I noticed it just this morning. When I asked it to read the message that my colleague sent, Bixby just kept asking "shall I read the next one?" I kept on replying yeah or yes because I wasn't looking at the phone while I'm doing something else. Haha.. To my surprise, Bixby was just displaying the message but not really reading it to me like it used to. So I said "read my message out loud" then "read the message to me". Both just made Bixby display the message and not read them out loud like it used to.

Update Mar 22 2022:

Okay I now have to say "read my latest message" for it to really read my message. It won't offer to read the next message though. Why do they have to change it? What if I have multiple unread message? What's the point of Bixby voice? It can't even read messages from third party email service provider.

so far, all I can do is say "read my latest message" for it to really read my message.

But it will only read the last message in the notification panel. I think it's the same with Google assistant.

I think this routine can be useful..
You can set the condition to be time period.
Or remove the reverse action.

Note that this routine can be affected by do not disturb. Screenshot_20220328-091045_Bixby Routines_23510_1648429845.jpg
