Anyone else who's experiencing errors when updating certain apps from the playstore? I also could not install new apps. I've already tried all their quick fixes but nothing is working.

Update: this is the prompt I get when updating some of the apps.

What I encountered a few weeks ago when installing from the playstore, it would say "the app can't be installed" or something similar, but when i press ok, the installation would continue without issues. Not sure what was causing the message but since ok naman ang installation, i just ignore it.

Do you get error messages or prompts? Maybe you can add a screenshot so others can help you out.

Hi, Kim. Updated the post to include screencap of prompt. Iba yung lumalabas sakin e. Nagsend na din ako ng feedback a few weeks ago pero walang response.

You can try this steps ,
1. Head on on settings and look for Battery and Device Care
2. If you can turn off Device Protection (if its still allowed)
3. Restart your phone
FYI my unit is s21U. Hope this will resolve your concern

Hi, option to turn off the device protection is not allowed on my phone anymore... thank you for the suggestion

I experienced the same thing too, and so I decided to reset my unit and never again activate/turn on that Device Protection. Up until now I dont have any google apps installation issue
