SupportIt may have been a problem with the Android system itself. Have you tried doing a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION on your device via RECOVERY/SAFE MODE? Try as well doing a CLEAR DATA CACHE of your apps via the SETTINGS.

SupportThis is what samsung service center said to do.
Did it to my fold 3 but still cannot install and update apps..
Did all the clear cache, force stop, log out google playstore etc..
Did twice reformat (done at the service center) after reformat, it would fix the problem but will eventually come back.
Dont want to do a third reformat.
Hope this solves your problem.
I suspect hardware issue and will be requesting a unit replacement.
Fold 3 users, please advise if this worked for you.
