As much as I want a reasonable answer from Samsung Customer Service after clarifying the limited support of AI, I got this:
1.) "Unfortunately, Galaxy Flip 4 is not included on those list of devices which will receive the update. This is mostly due to the software compatibility."
of course I wanted him to elaborate the software compatibility he's saying.. then I got this:
2.) "One Ul 6.1 isn't available on all Galaxy devices since it's primarily due to Samsung's focus on specific models.I understand that Galaxy Flip 4 is still one of the most updated Galaxy devices we have up to this date. Unfortunately, such device did not make the cut to receive the new Al update from Samsung."
Definitely it was just a choice list of Samsung. Admittedly, there are phones like mine capable of AI but got no support at all. Very unreasonable to be honest. This is my issue with Samsung that's why I prefer the forbidden fruit as my main phone more than theirs.
