Galaxy tab S8+ Book Cover Keyboard Slim Arrow Keys for Scrolling

Thanks for the reply Samsung peeps!

What I meant is the keyboard is not optimized for scrolling through social media or apps for reading.

I tried Samsung Notes( both editing and read mode), Samsung MembersApp, FB, FB messenger, Instagram, Youtube, Medscape, MIMS

The down button does work, but unlike on a normal keyboard in a pc, it does not scroll the page. The buttons even has prints of 👆PgUp, 👇PgDn, <Home, >End

I tried pressing Cmd, Fn, Alt, Crtl, Shift button with the arrow keys, but it still does not scroll the page

I also tried it in DexMode, but still same results.

But it does work on Google Chrome and Samsung Internet.

I guess the keyboard arrow keys is not optimized for most apps. I hope Samsung will have an update for this. Thanks!

PS:

1 I also hope it can have a clipboard button, or is there a shortcut for it?

2 Is there really no Samsung Benefits for the S8 tab series? I just got mine.

I can't reply on my first post so I posted a new one. It keeps saying server error for about 2 days already

For the server error issue, go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage, then tap Clear cache.

And is your Wi-Fi connection good?

Yup, my wifi, and mobile net is good.

Then it must be a Samsung Members issue.

For the PS: Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Members > Storage, then tap Clear cache. For the scrolling using the keyboard arrow keys, it's not optimized for most apps.

I really hope they can optimize the keyboard for the apps soon. It is quite disappointing that it is not optimize especially in Samsung Notes for reading.

And also for popular social media apps.
