I am currently in China. I have been using Samsung Max VPN for the last year but accidentally cancelled my subscription. and all payment details from my Google Play account. Now I want to subscribe to it but am unable to do it because my current location is different from my payment method location; it's not the same. I have bought redeem codes but can not redeem them. Also, I recharge my Google Play with USD. Also, cannot use, because saying only can be used in USA.
