SupportSecond, please run the Diagnostics in Samsung Members App and see if your touchscreen is working as intended.

If your touchscreen isn't responding, this could be a hardware issue already. Have your phone checked at the nearest Service Center near you, or call the hotline #GALAXY to voice out your concerns.

SupportHello Tekoy,
Thank you for reaching out to us to inquire about your Samsung Galaxy device having issues with the sensor not responding to your touch and/or unresponsive after each time your device reboot.
Don't you worry, we are here to provide quick fixes and offer solutions to your problems.
A) Before we begin, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.
Settings > About Phone > Software updates > Download and install > Follow on-screen messages/notifications.
B) Close all apps that are running in the background.
Settings > Apps > Select Apps > Tap Force Stop.
C) Clear the Cache
Step 1. Turn-off your phone.
Step 2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or Type-C earphones (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
Step 3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
Step 4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
Step 5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
Step 6. Navigate to and select Yes.
Step 7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.
D) Optimize using Battery and Device care
Step 1. Go to Settings.
Step 2. Select Battery and device care.
Step 3. Tap Optimize now.
E) Remove all non-Samsung certified screen protectors, cases, or any other accessory that may be touching the screen. Make sure the touchscreen is dry and clean, and remove gloves if you're wearing them. The screen may not recognize touches through gloves or extremely dry and chapped fingers.
F) Disable Touch sensitivity
If the Touch sensitivity setting is turned on when no protective film is used, the touchscreen may respond too sensitively and therefore malfunction. To disable the Touch sensitivity feature, navigate to Settings, tap Display, and then tap the switch next to Touch sensitivity to turn it off.
