Realize that each Samsung Authorized Service Center is third-party owned. How much control does Samsung have over them? Perhaps sa supply and parts, and some policies to carry through. But, the businessman owner has to EARN.
Let us know what happens at the Service Center. My biggest tip: even if you're the "customer" and your experience has been less than stellar, be nice. Talk to them nicely. It goes a long way.
