S23 freebies taking so long

Any of you availed the samsung great sale where you'll get a free watch or buds? How long did you guys have to wait to get the freebies. 

Been waiting for almost a month now and still there is no new update regarding my freebies. I Received an sms saying they'll replace my freebie from a 44mm watch 5 to a 40mm and a battery pack I agreed to it thinking it'll make things faster but it didn't. (Bought my s23 on june 23)

Longest I had to wait was 3 weeks. It could be because of stock shortage (promotion went very well versus number of gift items available). It'll eventually come! Please get back to us if it's been 2 months without any update yet.
