Hello po tanong ko lang po kung pu-pwede po bang i-block yung nawawalang cellphone gamit ang imei address at saan po kami pwedeng lumapit para ma-block yung nawawalang cellphone?

IMEI is easily blocked. You can go to the National Telecommunications Commission’s Consumer Welfare & Protection Divisioand have it blocked. Remember to bring the box of your phone indicating the IMEI or official receipt with you along with two valid IDs (with one government-issued ID).

Hello po tanong ko lang po kung sakaling mai-block yung isang cellphone magagamit po ba ulit ng nakapulot. Kasi po nandoon yung lahat ng sensitive information ng kapatid ko tulad ng bank account.

When an IMEI is blocked, it removes a device's capability of connecting to a mobile network.
