Sorry to hear about this! This may be an issue with the Instagram app itself, so here are some steps you can take to get it working again!
- Force stop the app. Go to Settings > Apps > Instagram and tap Force stop.
- Clear the app's cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > Instagram and tap Storage. Then, tap Clear cache and Clear data. If that fails again, then:
- Uninstall and reinstall the app. Go to Settings > Apps > Instagram and tap Uninstall. Then, go to the Google Play Store and reinstall the app.
Lastly, if none of these steps work, try contacting Instagram's customer support channels and report the issue to them. They may be able to provide you with a fix that we can't do from our end here at Samsung Members.
