Having issues on my s20+ na bigla nalang nagka pink and green line sa screen. Seems like a manufacturer error kc affected multiple users.

Is this acknowledged by samsung na pag dinala mo sa service center eh repair nila ng walang tanong tanon? Thanks for sharing your experiences.

1st step

Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display".
Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

2nd step nearest authorized samsung service center for them to diagnose

3rd communicate with samsung support

Took it to samsung service center today sabi nila last year daw sila nagkaroon ng free screen replacement for s20+ for this type of issue. Irepair daw nila for 13k and for approval daw ung possible discount sa replacement ng screen. Ang saklap lng kc ngaun lang nag manifest ung issue sa cellphone ko and nataon pang wala na silang free replacement policy. Ano yun nag eexpire ung issue kaya expire na rin policy? Inalagaan m ung device para tumagal tpos ung sariling manufacturer ang sisira mismo. I wish samsung would stand behind their product kahit sa mga lumang device. Prang lumalabas na marketing strategy na sila mismo sisira ng device mo pra bumili k ng bago.

May lumabas din pong pink line sa screen ko, S20+. Nung una alam ko po na fault ko kasi diniinan ko pa e nakikita ko na ngang may faint line na. Tapos ngayon, nagising na lang po ako na dalawa na yung pink na line kahit na wala naman akong ginawang mali. Baka mas lalo pa pong dumami yung pink lines nyan at maiinis ka nalang sa Samsung 😑
