Hi. I just wanted to know why my phone (Galaxy Z Flip 5) has no SIM Card Manager? I can't install my E-SIM from my old Iphone 11. The ESIM compatibility is the main reason I bought the galaxy Z Flip 5 for an uprade but it is very disapplinting that I cannot install my E-SIM. Please help. Firmware is F7310ZCS1BWL7

If it's legit Kimstore, it's not a clone. That's a real Z Flip 5 but sold from a different country. So as sinosibee also said, some features, configurations and warranty will vary from the PH Variant sold locally

Found out that it depends on where it was manufactured. Samsung Flip 5 HK version only supports 1 sim. No e sim. There's nothing you can  do here. I have the same problem.

I have the same problem on my Flip 4.
Reading this Thread is very enlighting as Samsung Support Australia
sent me various instructions that MIGHT fix the missing Sim manager
Problem . As this was a lengthy process that might mess up my phone
I asked them to confirm my Device had the Hardware in first place .
They had all the vital Device Info on 1st contact .
Only then did they refer me to Hong Kong Support that did not answer my enquiry .
One would think Samsung is one company that shares a data base
of all their manufactured phones .
It is hard to believe Samsung would manufacture the same Model
with different hardware , so I assume this is a software Issue .

I just received an Answer from Hong Kong support :

"We regret to inform you that Samsung Hong Kong smartphones do not support e-sim. "

Unfortunatly  they do not specify if it is the Hardware or Software missing to support the e-Sim .
