My AC won't connect to my phone

I have a Samsung AC model number AQV18TWSNXSA. Recently I've tried connecting it to wifi which does not work as the smart things app does not support this specific model even though the AC supports wifi. In the manual it says to use the smart AC app which is no longer available to use. Is there any other app or way to connect it?

They should have ported that over to smart things when they dropped support for the other app. This is what LG did with a product that I have.
