Different unit but same issue with you the customer service told me not to update as always because sometimes it affects the screen. (Well just delay the update?) I went to 2 service center and the 2nd service center was able to fix my phone. As per their assesment problem is screen discoloration and not camera discoloration (as what the 1st service center told me) it flickers sometimes started like maybe 3 months ago but always turns back to normal setting and it happened again last week and it get worst then it changes my screen colors. Thanks to Primasiana festival mall in Muntinlupa. You can set an appointment or just bring your phone there.
😢 15months?the cost still depends with what type of unit and maybe your phone problem is not like mine. Try to set an appointment for assestment. Or chat with one of the samsung chat support..
