I used to have a nice looking 4x1 widget with the date and time. With this new UI update I have to use a 4x2 widget, which means removing apps from my homescreen.
This 4x2 also has 90% dead space around a tiny time and date in the middle. It's ugly. It takes up space. It is not what I want but I have no choice unless I use something like Google clock.
Totally agree. The new date/time widget option is awful, and where did the widget menu go so you can choose an alternative to suit your own tastes and needs.
