Recently after the firmware update. A single vertical green line appear. I called up singapore service ctr and was told that my set was an export set from South Korea. They won't be able to service for me and was told to find Samsung south Korea directly to ask if they can handle this issue for me.

So anyone know how to reach out to them because I don't know their language. Any email I can write to them directly ?

Hopefully to get this resolve. Thanks

Hi, in that case, I would suggest looking for 3rd party mobile repair shop to replace the LCD instead, as they won't care whether it's local or export set, but u probably need to let the technician know beforehand that it's an export set.

That's the last resort that I will go for. Personally, if this issue is caused by Samsung's update, I don't think end user should be paying for this.

For export set, u may need to visit Samsung Korea's service centre. That's the troublesome part for export sets, as Samsung doesn't offer international warranty.

Think u jus go to 3rd party to change screen. Its cheaper too. U can google for 3rd party sg repair. Quite a few gd ones.

My Note 20 Ultra just got the green line after the One UI update. Anyone else got the same issue?

If yours is a local set. Do contact Samsung Singapore. Should be able to get it replaced. If you are like me, having an export set. Then they will ask u to contact the Samsung ctr from which the set is from.
