PH SHOP, LBC Courier problem.

Process is very slow. LBC marked incorrect address when they didnt even made an attempt to deliver the item. You can easily google my address and the guard in our subdivision have no logs of delivery of LBC to my address. After attempt to contact and email LBC sending them google link and map with directions. They still replied with incorrect address and they returned the item to Samsung. I already called customer service a lot of times trying to follow this up. This morning I received an email from PH SHOP that the courier said address is incorrect. So what now? I have to wait 24-48hrs before i get a reply? I live in a subdivision in Metro Manila. I have no problems receiving deliveries to my address. Incorrect address is impossible. And there are lots of lbc in my area, its impossible not to be able to deliver it. Can we just have lalamove/grab or have this send it to a samsung store near me? Lets not waste each others time.

LBC is very bad. Fastest delivery i'll even shoulder the expenses so we can end this. lalamove/grab or send it to samsung store near me asap. Simple delivery is taking too long. Dont want this problem after new year. Lets start 2023 good

To further, expedite your item for delivery, may you please reply to the last email sent to you with the following details.

A) Landmark near your residence/area address.

B) Active mobile number and/or alternate mobile number.

Hi Rene,
I already did reply to that email earlier (12:37pm to be exact)with google map pictures and additional contacts globe/viber/messenger with landline number. Would you like me to forward you the email? It really takes less than an hour to deliver it here.

There's no need to send it to me here, in adherence to our community guidelines.

What I can do for now is to ask the dedicated team to send to you the item tracking number/link on your registered email address.

Can we skip the slow annoying LBC courier? I did the sent them the exact location with map and pictures yet they still reported it as incorrect address when they didnt even made an attempt to deliver. Its a slow process 2-4 days? why not just lalamove/grab less than 1 hr then its done or send it to samsung store near. I sound like a broken record, i keep repeating this because this is the fastest solution.

How to skip LBC? I'll pay for the fast shipping.

Is there any other way to speed this up? Tracking number is still the same and it isnt moving. Please just send it to a samsung store nearby. Mas mabilis pa orders sa shopee and lazada galing china, hongkong and korea dumating na. Mas nauna ko pa inorder itong sa samsung. 2 weeks na.

Although this has not happened to any of my orders in the Samsung online store, this has happened to some of my orders in J&T via Lazada. I also heard from other friends and colleagues that there are some shipping issues with other popular online shopping platforms. It looks like it's a common occurrence this holiday season.
