PH SHOP, LBC Courier problem.

Process is very slow. LBC marked incorrect address when they didnt even made an attempt to deliver the item. You can easily google my address and the guard in our subdivision have no logs of delivery of LBC to my address. After attempt to contact and email LBC sending them google link and map with directions. They still replied with incorrect address and they returned the item to Samsung. I already called customer service a lot of times trying to follow this up. This morning I received an email from PH SHOP that the courier said address is incorrect. So what now? I have to wait 24-48hrs before i get a reply? I live in a subdivision in Metro Manila. I have no problems receiving deliveries to my address. Incorrect address is impossible. And there are lots of lbc in my area, its impossible not to be able to deliver it. Can we just have lalamove/grab or have this send it to a samsung store near me? Lets not waste each others time.

Sorry i really dont know why you are here. This is support delivery still not moving. Ordered this 2 weeks ago. Orders on shopee lazada from hongkong china and korea have arrived already took more than a week. I have no problems there. And its not relevant to my problem here unless you can help speed up the delivery.

I understand you have issues with the fulfillment of your order with Samsung's online store because LBC claims it's an "incorrect address". I just merely pointed out an observation about shipping delays from other popular online shopping platforms because of the holidays. But I agree that my comment is irrelevant to your concern.

You're not helping. This is support i dont understand why you're even here. Stop hijacking my concern. I need followup on this from Samsung support not YOU. Please block other people from replying in support. Its not a common problem when i've already sent them a map with pictures and google directions. Then still mark it incorrect address
