SupportLast February, yong N20U ko with 2 vertical lines, ang trade-in value nila was 3.4k. Adding the TOP-UP, I was able get 16.4k trade-in sa nabili kong new phone.

Thanks for reaching out to us here in order to clarify whether there is grain of truth in what you've read about the free replacement of screen for those who experienced having a vertical pink line on their Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Also, I am sorry to hear about your similar experience on your beloved Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra having issue with vertical line on screen after an update. Only official announcement coming from the Samsung Newsroom Philippines will confirm this rumor but actually we have none.
And to ensure whether the device's issue is a hardware or software one, an initial assessment has to be made as the process begins from the moment our Authorized Samsung Service Center received the device for check-up. Then a technical report have to be completed prior approval and if out of warranty, physical damages or any no defect found, charges will apply.

SupportGanon naman din sa sasakyan. Yong Toyota, merong warranty part by part, case by case, at hindi lahat medelo nila ayos. Merong recall kung safety matters. Samsung Note7, na recalled din, kasi exploding phone eh. Iba ang vertical lines.
You can still use the Note20-Ultra as camera, Bali 2nd phone mo nalang. Maganda ang kuha niyan, at me microSD Card pa for storage. Check my old posts.
