I read about a free replacement of screen for those who experience having a vertical pink line on Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Guys, is this true.

Got a vertical lines line appear end of April after update.

I don't think replacing new screen on Note20-Ultra will solve the vertical line problem. Meron binigyan ng free screen replacement dati, peru yong bagong screen nagbalik ang vertical line, same issue.

Best is to trade-in with Samsung Phl yong old model to new ones. Check their trade-in offers.

Wala na bang offer ang Samsung ng TOP-UP 13k, meaning kahit assessment nila 1k, meron ng base ng 13k on top of that,14k ang makukuha mo.

Last February, yong N20U ko with 2 vertical lines, ang trade-in value nila was 3.4k. Adding the TOP-UP, I was able get 16.4k trade-in sa nabili kong new phone.

Hello HuggieBoi,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in order to clarify whether there is grain of truth in what you've read about the free replacement of screen for those who experienced having a vertical pink line on their Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

Also, I am sorry to hear about your similar experience on your beloved Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra having issue with vertical line on screen after an update. Only official announcement coming from the Samsung Newsroom Philippines will confirm this rumor but actually we have none.

And to ensure whether the device's issue is a hardware or software one, an initial assessment has to be made as the process begins from the moment our Authorized Samsung Service Center received the device for check-up. Then a technical report have to be completed prior approval and if out of warranty, physical damages or any no defect found, charges will apply.

Merong warranty period naman ang Samsung, bali after that, yong defective models nila, hindi na nila binalikan o sagot sa repair.

Ganon naman din sa sasakyan. Yong Toyota, merong warranty part by part, case by case, at hindi lahat medelo nila ayos. Merong recall kung safety matters. Samsung Note7, na recalled din, kasi exploding phone eh. Iba ang vertical lines.

You can still use the Note20-Ultra as camera, Bali 2nd phone mo nalang. Maganda ang kuha niyan, at me microSD Card pa for storage. Check my old posts.

I have s21 ultra and a pink line appeared on screen when I woke up yesterday. Everything was fine when I was using it before. I don't even know what caused this. So disappointed.
