Pre Ordered S23 Ultra - Consegnia is the worst delivery partner

I pre-ordered the S23 ultra a few days ago. Last Saturday I got a text message and tracking number from their delivery partner, Consegnia, saying that it will be delivered within the day. I waited the entire day but it didn't arrive.  I checked the tracking and it said that delivery failed since I was unreachable which was BS since I had my phone with me all day and no one called. 

I texted the original number that contacted me about the issue and they said that it will be rescheduled on Monday. Same thing happened, I waited the entire day and no delivery arrived. I tried to get an update but there was no response. I'm always apprehensive about buying expensive gadgets online but I made an exception since I was ordering from the official Samsung website (not Shopee, Lazada, etc..) but now I've come to regret it. Even grey market sellers from China have better support and delivery than this POS courier they chose. I've been searching online and there's dozens of complaints against Consegnia and their sub par delivery service. 

At this point I don't know if my package was stolen or lost in the ether. I'm thinking of cancelling the order (if that's still possible) and just buying the S23 Ultra in their physical store instead to save me the headache. So Samsung if you're reading this, please do something about these delivery issues since they are tarnishing your brand.

Consegnia is a delivery service from hell. My order has been missing for 2 days now and all they do is txt me that they will deliver it. Lazada amd Shopee operate better than Samsung and these clowns!1702604230260.jpg1702604230294.jpg

Even now for the s24u they are the worst! I dont know why samsung has still partnered with them

we need to file a formal complaint with SAMSUNG for choosing a crappy Delivery Service. Since S22 era pa pala nangyayari this kinds of incidents.

Tara let's file a case. This is so disappointing! They are playing other people's time. Since the S24U is a top of the line phone, majority of its owners have high responsibilities in our careers. Yet Samsung retained their contract to this incompetent courier service!

Omg! I'm actually waiting for my s24 ultra. Accdg to Samsung I'll get it by Jan 27 which is today but no update from Consegnia. Haist!

Same. Consegnia also replied to me yesterday on email. Sabi FIFO daw sila. And i should expect mine today. Ayun wala. Hahahaha! Nganga

Pano mo na contact ang Consegnia? Arrived at south hub pa lang email sa kin but Samsung said nung nag pre order ako Jan 27 daw
