Pre Ordered S23 Ultra - Consegnia is the worst delivery partner

I pre-ordered the S23 ultra a few days ago. Last Saturday I got a text message and tracking number from their delivery partner, Consegnia, saying that it will be delivered within the day. I waited the entire day but it didn't arrive.  I checked the tracking and it said that delivery failed since I was unreachable which was BS since I had my phone with me all day and no one called. 

I texted the original number that contacted me about the issue and they said that it will be rescheduled on Monday. Same thing happened, I waited the entire day and no delivery arrived. I tried to get an update but there was no response. I'm always apprehensive about buying expensive gadgets online but I made an exception since I was ordering from the official Samsung website (not Shopee, Lazada, etc..) but now I've come to regret it. Even grey market sellers from China have better support and delivery than this POS courier they chose. I've been searching online and there's dozens of complaints against Consegnia and their sub par delivery service. 

At this point I don't know if my package was stolen or lost in the ether. I'm thinking of cancelling the order (if that's still possible) and just buying the S23 Ultra in their physical store instead to save me the headache. So Samsung if you're reading this, please do something about these delivery issues since they are tarnishing your brand.

Hay nako. This will be my first and last ordering online sa Samsung kung ganito ang courier nila. Nakakadala!

History repeats itself. This is currently happening again for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra pre orders. You should've ditched this logistic.

Samsung Management: Please listen to your customers. It's such a shame for your brand to be tarnished just because you have a crappy courier partner. If you can manage to invest a lot of money developing technology, do not scrimp on the ability to deliver according to your commitment. You can project better based on historical trend ng product launches niyo so you can reduce/ eliminate yung delay sa delivery ng orders. If other countries can fulfill their commitment, baket kailangan sa Philippines lagi need magtiis na lang ng mga customers? It's frustrating that you are driving away people by letting it just happen every year.

This is my first time to try a preorder at Samsung. And this is what I saw. I preordered Jan30 and delivery date is 3-10days after Feb19. The full amount was already deducted on my card.

I was scheduled to recieve my s24u on january 27 then move to january 29 based on the preorder site of samsung. Its already been feb. 2 still no call. Worst ever! This is my first and last.

I should have read this before i pre-ordered s24. Goodness gracious. My package has been with them for 10 days and counting. Whatels the point of pre-ordering if you cant get it ASAP. I dont know if they stole it or what. Customer service cant even locate the freaking package. Bought for almost a 100k for this kind of service?!!! And this has been going on for years and you still chose this delivery service. ***. How do we email samsung korea for this coz samsung ph isnt doing anything.

My friend ordered later than me who is supposed to get his on February 9, got his phone earlier. Meanwhile, mine is still going on circles. How do you plan to compensate with this delay Samsung??? Not mentioning I'm already disappointed that the Galaxy Watch 6 was not included in my pre-order.

Can you f*cking deal with your logistics partner? Ang ayos ayos ng terms ng deal when we bought our phone from you online tapos ma dedelay lang ng sobra dahil sa courier partner na pinili nyo mag handle ng delivery? 5 days na after the "supposed" ETD of our phones. Samsung gawan nyo ng paraan and I want my purchase NOW!
