I don't want to use the feature, but everytime an alarm pops up it gets enabled again at random points. I want to keep it disabled entirely.

Thanks for your inquiry, here. Really understand your preference right now, to disable Bixby entirely whenever an alarm pops up.

Turn off Bixby Voice wake-up by following the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 1. Open Bixby by pressing and holding the Bixby or Side key, depending on your device's settings.

Step 2. Tap Discover (it looks like a compass), and then tap More options (the three vertical dots).

Step 3. Tap Settings, and then tap Voice wake-up.

Step 4. Simply tap the switch next to Wake with "Hi, Bixby" to turn it off.

Wake-up sensitivity: Set Bixby's Voice wake-up sensitivity. If you lower the sensitivity, you will be less likely to unintentionally wake up Bixby.
