Randomly Freezing While Playing

My game randomly freezed, I didn't do anything, I was playing a sound on my headset while playing and this happen.?

Go to Settings > Apps > Roblox > Storage, then tap Clear cache.

Maybe update the game app roblox... if its done update, try to use game booster... i research ur phone btw and the processor its use is mediatek, yes its has really good perf gaming but the downside for this chip is laggy sometimes...

Dimensity 9000 was the best MediaTek processors these times, and my Roblox app isn't available for update, Maybe the performance. When the game is pretty laggy it may cause freeze or crash

I'll give u a hâćķ... idk if it improves the performance... dial *#9900# this will direct u to sysdump... find debug level enabled and set it to high, this will restart ur phone... when done restart try to dial *#9900# again, find CP RAM LOGGING.... if its off turn it on... this will restart the phone again i think(never tried it cuz its already on to me)... if its on leave it and exit...
