Panget ng customer service nyo jump to conclusion kagad replace hardware parts kase easy money di manlang nag random check if baka sa ibang part my issue di lang ma touch un ibang part sinabe ko na un na eexperience kong issue lcd kagad un pala sa software lang kaya di ma touch. Ayusin nyo yang service nyo. Di porket mas mahal pag hardware ang papalitan doon kagad ang palit im sure pag napalitan at software pala ang issue ganon parin ang sisingilin nyo kase nakabit na un lcd kahit hindi yon ang sira. Train your technicians para aware sila na mag random check mas magaling pa mga nasa youtube.
