Guys, sino pa dito hindi nakakakuha ng freebies/promo bundled nila? Disappointed this year pre-order tapos na yung claiming sched ko, 1month na nakalipas wala pa din hanggang ngayon.

It took 1 month and a half before I got my pre-order for my Note 20 Ultra 5G. Have a little more patience with their logistics as it's a bit slow. 😊

Hindi ko pa rin nakukuha ang S22 Ultra ko. I purchased online last February 28. So disappointing!

Yeah, I can feel your frustration. I keep on following up kung kailan dadating kaso lagi lang sagot ng promo na dadating daw, walang definite day. Masyado relax yung pasimuno ng promo na ito. Next year pa ata dadating kasi pandemic daw.

Maybe they should stop this kind of promo, mahirap kapag bayad na walang mailabas na unit. Wala pa makausap na maayos sa samsung, laging dadating daw. Baka next year dadating hahaha

I would have to disagree. The Note20U5G (onwards) pre-order happened during the pandemic. I understand your sentiments since I'm a customer too, but we also have to expect delays because it's already a known fact that a lot of companies are affected by the global chipset shortage and shipping delays. Even products outside tech are affected and don't restock as often.

Thats not an excuse, how many times did you participate on preorder promo? The last time we pre ordered is yung samsung A50 and there are claiming sched. Sabay ang launching at claiming ng pre order. This pre-order event may claiming sched, ok given kasi may pandemic sige pagbigyan na natin, but lets stop using the pandemic as an excuse, other companies from different industries are doing the extra mile to improve their services. Its a lame excuse, na pandemic kaya nagkakaroon ng mishaps sa supply samantalang sa store may mga available na for sale na accessories. Stop defending, samsung is not a cheap brand. They should commit kung ano yung nakasulat.

And I totally agree that there are areas where they can improve, especially since they probably hold the top spot in the android market. While most companies seem to be finding ways to work around their existing challenges, it does definitely seem like Samsung is coming up with some sort of excuse. I'm not blind. So please don't accuse me of blindly defending the brand, because as a customer I've also had my fair share of disappointments. My difference with other people here is I'm not a negative nancy. Even if I hit a brick wall when I have an issue, I use my resources and escalate whenever I can, multiple attempts if needed. Enjoy your weekend, and I hope your issue gets resolved soon.

I apologize if I offended you, it's just frustrating that they come up a promotional event that they cant do. Maybe its not a big deal for them specially those on the sales dept. This is why theres no resolution to every complaints/problem. I worked on a resto, if theres a problem and you complain about anything, you tell the manager and they find a solution on the spot. On samsung's case, theres no accountability. I already talked to electroworlds manager, the promo agent on that store, they seem have no definite answer on when it will be delivered. It's not that im negative about everything, but if we tolerate this kind of practice, they will not improve.

As a fellow customer, it is definitely frustrating. Again, I share your sentiments. The brand needs to have better after-sales service, aside from the fact that there seems to be a lack of communication between the online support staff and the staff in the stores. I'm not saying we should tolerate it. As a matter of fact the more customers who raise these problems, the bigger chance of getting a faster resolution. But at the end of the day, we are also talking to people - some customers are just way too rude, negative and entitled. Hoping you get your pre-order freebies soon.
