S23 Ultra Wifi Issue

It seems my 6 days old S23 Ultra has a defect. Compared to my Note 20 Ultra its speed test is way below- like 100 Mbps difference. Sometimes it's okay but most of the time it's not. I tried to ignore it, maybe there's really an issue with my connection but I noticed that my FB messenger in Note 20 ultra and PC are receiving messages and my S23 Ultra didn't (it takes a lot of time) even if I force update it. Can you guys try as well? Thanks

Update: added pics and videos as proof.

Troubleshooting done.

1) Tried other modem/router.
2) Tried other network.
3) Restarted the device, the routers and all.
4) Reset Network Settings.
5) Reset to Factory Settings.
6) Brought to Service Center and was left there for 3 days (reprogram) but still the same. See latest photo below.

changing to THL csc enables call recording and ensure all setting will be re-programmed

I left it at Samsung Ayala Cebu. They said they need to reprogram it first and then test it. They need to download the program first for the S23 Ultra since it is a new phone (I was probaby the first who complained about it). I hope it will be fixed or replaced with a new one since it was still under the 7 day grace period.

Have you set completed setting up the phone. Updates and all plus your personal settings.
