S8 Tab Ultra Disoriented Lockscreen Wallpapers

This is so dissapointing! You have your great 14.6 amoled screen and yet lockscreen wallpapers don't orient correctly in landscape both in tab mode and dex mode. It is always in portrait orientation with ugly cropping. Please fix this. I hate to see my lockscreen wallpaper disoriented.

bought mine on samsung store website too. have you tried powering your device off? if it doesn't work, try resetting it. i suggest you back up all files first, then check on Software Updates if your device is upto date.

I already tried it. 😮‍💨 Samsung support also said that it's default having only portrait in lockscreen and only an update can change that. But after seeing yours, I now have my doubt. Argggg... This is so frustrating.

wait whaaaat? upon receiving my tablet, it's still not on Android 13/OneUI5, and it doesn't have any problems on rotation, and portrait mode is definitely not the default when your rotation is on. Samsung Support svcks.
