At what battery percentage should I unplug my phone? Some say it's best to charge it up to 100, but some say, that could damage the battery. What should I do?

I practice this too. I turned on the option to have the charging paused at 85% to avoid overcharging as well.

It's best to charge as little as possible. As device care says, long periods of charging can affect battery life.

Personally I charge whenever I'm not using my phone and stop around 85 or 86. Whenever I have to charge from 70% or lower, I unplug it halfway (for example the battery is at 67%, I unplug it after it gets 8%) and take a 5 to 10 minute break and plug it in again until it reaches 85 or 86 percent.

Don't worry about it. Just charge it however you want. It's not worth the anxiety worring about the battery. I used to worry about it too. Now charge it all the way to 100%.
