Samsung Care+ activation question

I got my Samsung Tab s9 Ultra as part of my postpaid account. Along with it was a subscription to Samsung Care+. How do I activate it? It doesnt show in my Samsung Members app.

I think it has a month or 2 delay before it shows on the app. Also, you should be viewing it from your tab. I think it's device specific.

Who is sponsoring the SamCare+? If its your provider best check with them. If its Samsung what bagol1209 will apply. In both cases you should receive an email notification from cs.ph@careplus.co indicating your contract num, device and contact details plus the period of coverage.

It's a postpaid plan provider here in the Philippines, i guess i will just check with them first
