Hey y'all, I recently purchased a Galaxy S22 Ultra from the official Samsung Experience store and was gifted an RM800 voucher to buy anything I want from samsung.com. OBVIOUSLY I wasn't going to let it go to waste so almost immediately I went on the website buy some accessories (case, changers, etc.) My purchasing date was March 12th which is over a month ago, yet my order status still remains "Order Placed" to this day, though I do know that Samsung is dealing with a lot of orders currently, it's just a bit worrisome to me since I've never bought anything online that'd require such a long wait for arrival. I'm wondering if everyone else is experiencing the same thing. It'd be great if you guys can share some inputs on your online order deliveries.
Honestly if I had know that the wait would be this long, I would've just bought the Buds Pro from the website and get my chargers/cases from physical stores instead. Kinda regreting my decisions now 😭. I'll just take it as a lesson not to be too impulsive with my purchases.

so I'm being informed that apart from the high demand, the SOP is also strict at the manufacturing sites which lead to the current situation, and ofc some other factors as well.
