Samsung Find - Cannot Track Location

Tried the People Feature today, I add my SO to view my location and vice versa. However, we cant see each others location even though the location is on and there is internet connection.

What can we do to solve this?

I have the same issue. Mine says offline, and i can't turn on the "offline finding" due to some error
