For now, Samsung Pay and or Wallet is not yet available here in the Philippines, officially.

Nonetheless, keep your device up-to-date, in order to have the latest features, security, and other improvements on your Samsung Galaxy Device.

Samsung Pay is not yet available in the Philippines. But, once it gets rolled-out to Samsung Galaxy devices, you will be notified through your Samsung Members app notification bell and through Official Samsung announcements.
