I must add my very first Galaxy was an S2. It may not be the same concierge process as now but they had the service for more than a decade.

Whoa, that is disheartening. Mine slid from the top of the rear car seat to the toothed garage floor. Screen hit first. And got mangled. Samsung to the rescue. Good as new in less than a week. It was still memoxpress back then as both sales and repair.
