A) Confirm if there are other devices with motor plug in same power line. Check the power outlet and remove other appliances and devices.

B) Unplug the other devices connected to your TV.

C) Run the Samsung TV Picture test as follows:

Step 1. Turn TV On.

Step 2. Press the Settings button.

Step 3. Select Support.

Step 4. Select Device Care.

Step 5. Select Self Diagnosis.

Step 6. Select Picture test.

Step 7. To start the picture test, select OK.

Step 8. Follow the on-screen instructions and note the messages.
