I was disappointed to learn that M12 does not support the Kingston 128GB Micro SD Card that I bought in Lazada. Is this brand dependent? It will be hassle to return/refund the item😪😥😢😭😓😰😨

Just format it.

PS: If you do decide to format it on a PC, remember to choose between FAT32 or ExFAT only. NTFS ain't supported as far as I can recall.

Have you tried using the SD card on other devices to check if it's working? Or maybe you can try reformatting the card first on a PC/laptop then try using it again on your unit. I often reformat newly purchased cards and that seems to work for me.

Yes I've tried using it in my Tecno Mobile & it is working. Just sad that when I inserted it in Samsung it doesn't support 😥😢😭

That's odd, dapat walang compatibility issues. But try to reformat. Take note of what @Magnaguard commented. Hope it gets fixed soon!
