Service center broke my Flip3

Hi! Just wanna share with you guys that the service center located at Ayala Business Park is such a nightmare. Look what they did to my phone because I complained about my wide angles lens camera quality after the screen replacement done 2 weeks ago. Now, look what they did to my cover screen. They opened the phone without my knowledge. All I know is they are just going to test my camera with their other flip3. I also demanded for water test and now it fails since the phone is no longer sealed anymore. 

I asked their cust rep and they said they cannot do something else since it was not on their end. And based on the cust rep, the quality of demo units is DIFFERENT with actual retail phone. What an misinformation! I wonder kung alam ba niya trabaho niya. 

Imagine, I've been with Samsung since 2009 and this is the first time I experienced this kind of mistreatment and bad behavior of customer rep and engineer. 

Now, all I asked from samsung, it's either they replace the cover screen and camera lens, or replace the whole phone. This is the negligence of your service center not mine. 

P.S. i already filed for a complainy via customer service hotline and email support as well.

sorry this happened to you, that's terrible! They need to work on their cust service! You deserve a new unit from what the repairman did to ur unit.i've been messaging them too for a month already abt my buds, it causes ear irritation, i complied with their requirements, they asked for med cert and until now wala parin concrete solution, lagi nalang sorry, lagi nalang finorward na sa dept. pero wala parin.. so disappointed with their aftersales.

I did both. And they escalated my concern so they replaced the cover screen. But they were not able to put the water resistance back to my flip.
