SupportThe only reason I have Samsung health active is so it can automatically track my sleep which it stopped doing 5 days ago for no reason whatsoever. The only 'support' I can find from Samsung is to enter it myself. That defeats the entire purpose of having a sleep tracker. There are no settings for me to change to make it begin working again. Everything is updated and cache has been cleared. It's already been set to automatically log and was doing so for about 2 weeks before it stopped.

SupportWas your additional question supposed to answer the original post or do you have no solution? I've searched this issue on various sites and it seems no Samsung moderators know how to fix this issue.

SupportI have a Galaxy 4 watch and a Galaxy S22. Just recently it has stopped syncing the watch information to the app on my phone. I tend to sleep for an hour or two wake up go to the bathroom and go back to sleep. My watch records these stages of sleep and I can see the graphs but it has stopped syncing with the app. My watch shows that I slept 7 hours 6 minutes, but the app is only showing one hour. I checked at 6 am this morning and the app was showing 3 hours, but 4 hours later it only showed the first hour with a sleep score of 46. For some reason the app is not showing what the watch is recording. I have uninstalled the app, shut off the phone and watch and restarted them. I can't find any of the settings suggested in other question answer forums. I used to be able to just brush my thumb downward on the app in sleep mode and it would sync but it won't do that anymore. This is very frustrating. We need answers!

SupportI believe the health app and the sleep tracking function is BROKEN!!!! When I open the Samsung health app on my watch all is fine but when I try to open the "Sleep" submenu it opens for a second then kicks back to the tile screen. DO SOMETHING SAMSUNG THIS IS BS. You people need to fix this, it is obviously broken I even when so far as factory restore my watch but still the same thing. I shouldn't have to do this level of troubleshooting, YOU ARE NOT PAYING ME I AM PAYING YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Another interesting thing about the watch is that for some whack reason google assistant is unable to understand how to set an appointment in google calendar. (I understand this is not the google forum so spare me) There is a major problem going on Samsung and it seems you guys are asleep at the wheel.
