Thanks for letting us know your difficulty downloading the latest software update, One UI 5.1, for your beloved Samsung Galaxy M12.
If you are experiencing issues with your Wi-Fi or network on your Samsung Galaxy phone, it's worth resetting your network settings to resolve those issues.
You can quickly reset your Samsung phone's network settings by opening the Settings app and then tapping General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Reset Settings > Reset.
Then, restart your device and update your mobile's device software by following the below step-by-step instructions.
If that doesn't fix the problem, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System".
Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
