Time required to get phone screen changed at Samsung customer service centre

Hi all, anyone able to advise whether the Samsung Customer Service Centre is able to do repairs on the spot? For my case is a green pixelated horizontal lie at the bottom of my fold 3. If they are not able to return me, I will need to loan a phone.

If they have the parts usually within 2-3 hrs. For my case..they have to order in the screen n return me in 3days

Wow. Still have to wait. I think that's the "sian" part. I hope they have parts on hand though.

I have that green line on my S20+ too after software update... is dead pixels... i don't think Samsung will repair for free

I will check with them. Not sure whether they will have to charge, but even if they charge, I don't mind paying if the pricing is reasonable. For your case, did you go to the customer service centre or?

Read that quotation was $300 - $400 plus... i don't think anyone is willing to pay that amount... especially when it's their software / hardware probably... the hotline crew only said the dead pixels will spread and soon it will be dead screen

Actually, if u have the time, I can recommend u going to Samsung Malaysia's express repair store at City Square JB. But not sure if they have the parts on hand and ready. Also, repair cost is about 25% cheaper.

Checked on Samsung Singapore website. Z Fold main screen replacement cost $659. Since yours is still within the 1 year warranty, the labour and out-of-warranty diagnostic fees shouldn't be charged.
